Community WebApp Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a unified platform for a small island town community web app that offers local news (in categories and 3 locations) and information. The platform should ideally be built with Firebase, scalable for additional modules, and future-proof for deploying real-time updates.

Key Requirements:

- Mobile App Ready: The web app should be designed to easily roll out mobile apps later (not now the web core is a proof of concept) that mirror the website using the same database.

- Single Dashboard: A single, user-friendly dashboard to post, moderate, and manage content.
- Content Management Features:
- Content scheduling
- Calendar scheduling
- Moderation
Sharing options on post
Role base users
- User Authentication: Email and password authentication
- Security: The platform must have robust security measures
