Communication Protocol between Printer and Server Goodcom

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with developing a communication protocol between a GOODCOM Printer and a Server Goodcom.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

Printer Type:
- Familiarity with Thermal Printers is a must.

Communication Protocol:
- Proficiency in configuring parameter settings in an ini file for communication.

Communication Type:
- Knowledge of Serial Communications, Parallel Communications, and/or USB Communication is preferred.
