Commodities Trading and Shipment Tracking Portal
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
looking to create a commodities portal where clients can register their details and proposal (FCO). if accepted, the seller is invited to upload their KYC KYB documents. once verified and accepted, a sales purchase agreement (SPA) is generated for the client to review. once accepted, the preparation for shipping will commence, they will upload their relevant export and ownership documents, as well as complete on the site the packing list, with the relevant cargo information, eg, amount, weight, purity per box. then a tracking number is added to the system for awaiting delivery to the destination. the system will be used for tracking customer documents, tracking and managing shipments, and scheduling shipments agreed to, creating invoices, generating document packs from already entered information, as well as informing the registered users of events in the supply chain. initially the system will be simple as per this brief, the second round of development will include other actors in the chain, eg, logistics partners, banking partners, so they can see, and approve the relevant uploaded documents to 'pre approve' payments and customs clearance ahead of time. bank feeds will be included to show to sellers when their product has been sold, as well as API connection to enter the transactional information into third party accountancy software, and AML checking software.
