College Management System Enhancements

I need modifications on my college management site to better handle semester information and scholarship adjustments.

Requirements:
- Add a Semester field in the Academic module. This should be a number input (% percentage also needed).
- Modify scholarship handling: Deduct scholarship amounts (fixed or percentage) from the original fee to calculate the final payable fee.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
