We are in search of a developer to assist us in completing the configuration of our Collective Access database.
Current Project Status: We have established a Virtual Private Server (VPS) through Hostinger, utilizing a Linux/Ubuntu operating system. Our system incorporates MySql, PHP, and Apache, thus requiring familiarity with these programs. Providence, the database's backend, has been installed and partially configured. The system is currently being used for cataloguing purposes, necessitating a developer who can finalize the configuration while maintaining its usability.
Our requirements can be categorized as follows:
-Server Security and Optimization: Enhance server security measures and optimize performance.
-Backend Configuration and Frontend Implementation: Finalize backend setup (Providence) and integrate the frontend (Pawtucket) for non-cataloguing users.
-Custom Feature Development: Implement specialized features tailored to our needs, including configuring object status and the creation of reports. This might involve more in-depth programming knowledge and code modifications.
We have compiled a comprehensive wish list of desired features, all falling within the above categories, none of which exceed the standard use of the programme.
