Coldfusion website to React or HTML

I am looking for a skilled web developer who specializes in Coldfusion and can help me convert my existing website from Coldfusion to either React or HTML. I am expecting this project to be completed within a month. I do not want to keep the existing design, so I am open to any suggestions to update it. The website is currently connected to a database for signups, email list and tournament schedules. As well as an admin dashboard I’d like to keep that as much as possible.
