Coffee E-Commerce Website Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to take my small-batch coffee business online and need a complete e-commerce website focused on selling coffee beans. The store should look modern, load fast, and guide customers seamlessly from discovery to checkout.
Core scope
• Build a fully functional e-commerce site (platform is flexible—Shopify, WooCommerce, or another solution you recommend).
• Set up essential store flows: product catalog, cart, secure payment gateway, shipping options, tax handling, and order confirmation emails.
• Create product pages with rich, detailed descriptions covering origin, roast level, and tasting notes. I need an easy interface to update these details whenever new roasts drop.
• Design a clean, coffee-centric UI that is responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Nice-to-have (can be phased later)
• Customer reviews and loyalty features—please architect the site so these can be added without a rebuild.
• Light blog section for brew guides and new releases.
• Basic email capture pop-up tied into Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Expectations & deliverables
1. Working storefront deployed to my domain and hosting.
2. Admin access with clear instructions for adding products, changing prices, and fulfilling orders.
3. Source design assets (fonts, color palette, hero images) and any custom code.
4. A quick hand-off call or screen-share walkthrough so I’m confident running the store myself.
If you’ve launched e-commerce sites for food or beverage brands before, I’d love to see examples. Let’s create a site that makes coffee lovers hit “Add to Cart” at first sip!
