Coefficient of Inbreeding and Coefficient of Relationship in PHP/MySQL
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We have a dog pedigree database where we need to do live calculations on Coefficient of Inbreeding according to Wright's formula <https://www.bloodlines.net/highflyer/coefficient.htm>.
We are also looking to add calculations of coefficient of relationship as a feature. The formula used is described in the relevant section of this page <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coefficient_of_relationship>
Calculations need to be flexible and called with the number of generations required (3-10)
Pedigrees are stored in a format where they are normally extracted as
PedigreeId, SireId, DamID, DateOfBirth, Sex
Calculations can either be done in PHP or directly in MySQL.
