Codeignter expert to solve issues on our website

I will talk to freelancer team but we have to talk on skyp as you have to work along with my team, my website is in codeingter and i can pay max 15$ per hour and other site is in laravel, so i need a permanent guy who have skills in ci and laravel as i have 2 websites,
Payments will be weekly, time tracker is must and daily 9 to 11 hours required, bid if you agree and our budget will be max 15$ per hour
