Codeignitor HTML page integration with mysql db

I have a HTML page template (Need some changes)
Need to integrate codeignitor with this HTML
Have custom URL: base_url/design/user_id/phone_number
user_id and phone_number are variables.
Show content from mysql table with user_id and phone_number.
Left Area: (Room image +Thumbnails)
Get links of images, video and 360 degree
Show 2 images then video and then 360 and then rest of images
When clicked the image should open in pop up
On right in products list
Get product name from json, remove names which are not required from another table.
Get image links of this products
Show dynamically for upto 15 products
