Codeigniter system upgrades
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I would like to have some upgrades done to my Codeigniter system. The changes I want are:
1. Redesign the forms I have to look like Attachment (Screen 1)
2. Modify the dashboard to display like Attachment (Dashboard 1)
3. The patient display screen should be like the Attachment (Patient 1)
4. The patient list should be like the Attachment (Plist 1). The list should display the columns as listed which means the patient table should have the extra fields.
