Codeigniter project upload on our shared hosting urgent

The server code is in Codeigniter and we have cpanel backup of our project and we need to upload all server files along with database on new hosting with a new domain which we already have.
and make the site active and working again.
We need to get it done withing 10-12 hours So only serious bids will be entertained.
