Codeigniter php website need to bug fix, redesign and add new feature

i have codeigniter website script which is marketplace but i turn it to kind of micro service website, i want to fully revise it, fix css eror, make new design, fix any bug, apply new responsive design, apply new functions for user, new function for me to earn money from system. I need someone who have good vision on such platform also. Beside design and bug fix, i need new functions too in order to attract user. Also i will need to fix its chat function make it better. As last, i need some simple app which will be webview app mostly but only the push notification which dont exisist yet, which you will also creat... This only i want to apply to the mobile app. We can use webview app or prograssive webapp but only footer section will show, my account, messages, push notification icon... This means when any message send, or any item purchased on site, user will get notification and start to also chat with buyer or so on... I need someone who will handle all..
