Codeigniter based system upgrades
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
There are some modifications I need done to my Codeigniter system.
1. I need a feature replicated to my system. The feature is as screenshot History aka FlowSheet.png then after it's expanded becomes like screenshot Expanded Flow.png. This needs to be added to my History tab.
2. Change my visit screen to show as attached screenshot Visit Screen.png
3. On the system setup area I need an area to setup hospitals, insurance, drugs etc example screenshots Insurance.png, Hospital.png. If possible to have a bulk upload feature for these would be great.
These are the main features I need changed on my current system. The changes should work i.e saving, editing, deleting.
