Codeigniter 4 auth system API development -- 2

I am looking for a Codeigniter 4 developer to build an OAuth-based authentication system API, I do need social login integration. The ideal candidate would have experience with Codeigniter 4 and OAuth-based authentication systems. DB design will be given.
