Codeigniter System Enhancements

I have a system that I want the following to be done.
1. There is a timer on the dashboard waiting list.The timer is supposed to be counting how long the patient has stayed on the waiting list...so if I came to the hospital at 10am it should count as I have stayed for 1 hour when it reaches 11am and so on until when the doctor closes the visit is when they are removed from the list.
2. When you create a prescription and save it should automatically print out the prescription form then redirect to the patient profile. I will provide the template for this.
3. After saving an appointment, I wanted the redirection to go to the Patient Profile and not Appointment View.
4. There is a redirection that needs to be done. When you do anything, add vitals, add prescription, add appointment etc after saving redirect back to the patient profile.
5. The doctor should have the capability to close a patient visit. From the dashboard waiting list for either the inpatient or outpatient waiting, the doctor can close the visit and schedule a next appointment.
