Codeigniter System Add Features
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a Codeigniter based system that I need some features added. The features are as follows:
1. Modify the add appointment screen to be like attachment 1. Basically this is a form that has 3 Select Dropdowns with search option. The data is drawn from a master list (might need db table creation for the master list for hospital, insurance, payment methods)
2. Modify the case history screen to be like attachment 2. Basically this is an accordion with text edit features and a title. The data saved is unique to each patient and visit.
3. Make form on attachment 1 to be the main form on Addition of Appointment. The data saved there should be displayed on the dashboard on the waiting list as attachment 3. The data on attachment 1 should be displayed on attachment 3. e.g if the radio button Outpatient is chosen, the data is displayed on the Outpatients tab and if the radio button Inpatient is chosen the data is shown on the Inpatient tab.
The features added should have the edit and update/delete functionality.
