Codeigniter - Repair blog pagination and add Google Ads

I am looking for a Codeigniter developer to help with my blog pagination and to add Google Ads. Currently, the pagination functionality is broken and links back to the index page rather than to the next page of blog articles.
In addition, I will need the developer to also implement Google Adsense programming codes into the blog, there is a section within the CMS I'm using for these codes to be added which I've used but the ads are not appearing at all.
All in all, I need someone to fix the blog pagination and add Google Ads to the site.
