Codeigniter Perfex CRM Report Creation

I have a MySQL database with some tables and require a report view using datable view for the information that i want to display with the option export as a report in Codeigniter Perfex CRM Report Creation with header and footer where we can select the customer and it must show the customer name on top then the body text information of the transaction and then a group total for summation of the transactions
