Codeigniter PHP + js

I am looking for a software developer to help me build an informational website or application with CodeIgniter PHP + js. Tthe website or application will need PayPal as a preferred payment gateway. I am hoping to have the project completed within a 1-3 months.
We are creating a portal with real estate ads in one of the European countries. We are working on an HTML template. Your first task will be to create a codeigniter 3 script:
- adding an advertisement (content, selection options, checkboxes, uploading and editing photos);
- saving the advertisement in the database
- editing saved ads from the user's panel
- payment option paypal, blik and credit card.
- additionally: we use open ai to simplify the use of the application: creating a description based on a form, editing photos sent by the user - suggesting a new project, eg an apartment or a house based on old photos.
Experience with CodeIgniter PHP + js is required. If you think you are the right developer for this project, please let me know.
