Codeigniter LMS website rtl modification

I have a codeigniter website that is in both English and Arabic languages ... The English is working well by default but when English LTR direction turns to Arabic interfaces it is not changed to RTL ... I need to make the whole site by automatically direction changed when i move from language to another..

The site has ability to add themes and addons by default so the work will include any future adds to the main site platform
