Codeigniter Developer for multiple Project

I am looking for a Codeigniter developer who can handle both backend and frontend development for multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a beginner level of experience with Codeigniter and be able to work on the project for more than 2 weeks.
We have clear mind that what we need and we have theme and everything ready . we even have the database ready with us in MySQL
