Codecanyon php script - make the website RTL (right to left) + Adding Custom Payment method

I am looking for a skilled developer to make my Laravel website RTL (right to left) and add a custom payment method.

Website Directionality:
- The current directionality of the website is LTR (left to right).

PHP Script:
- The website is built using the Laravel PHP script.

Custom Payment Method:
- I need to add a manual payment method with credit card.
- There is no need for an API integration for the payment method.
need only make some form to put credit card number and save them on the server so we can charge it manualy.
