CodeIgnitor based Classified Ads website needed -- 3
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
!!! The price you bid is the price I'll pay for completion of this project. Give accurate bid and time estimate. !!!
My CodeIgniitor site already has a create and edit blog facilities and site management dashboard so much of what would otherwise be needed in order to create such a website already exists and an intelligent Freelancer will know how best to use this to their advantage - I want the blogging feature to be retained but also to be replicated and the copy modified to create a classified ad feature for registered and paying site visitors to upload pictures and post their possessions for sale.
The nature of the classified ad website will be boat and yacht sails, these items come with a lot of features and associated information which it's important for the seller to list in order to justify the cost of the item and for the buyer too as they want to know everything about their potential next investment.
Because of the vast number of features for these items, the creation of the new classified ad table within the existing database will need to incorporate a large number of items as this table doesn't currently exist and this classified ad feature is to be built from scratch. The ad creation (and edit) page will need to be equally as comprehensive, allowing the visitor to select various options on the form and in some cases elaborate upon their selection where multiple options may be selected.
Paying visitors should have access to an ad management dashboard, (derived from the existing Site Admin dashboard) where the visitor can create/edit the ad, change price, mark the item as sold and manage their payments, payment methods and subscriptions.
The site should be responsive. It currently has light and dark mode and I would like to keep these options.
I have my own mock-ups for how I'd like the front page of the website to be designed - this same front page should also act as a search results page, where the results displayed on-page align with the align with the selections made by the site visitor in the search fields, also I have a mock-up for the product page itself on which pictures and details of an individual boat will be displayed, and of the create/edit advert page too.
Registered site visitors should be able to pay for their new ad using PayPal and Stripe for one off payments and subscriptions too, features which do not currently exist so will need to be implemented, so configuration of the payment gateway to be able to be tested within a sandbox environment and also live. Registered site user details, timestamps for registration, last login, and financial transaction information including any subscription beginning, renewal and end dates to be recorded in the Site Admin dashboard.
The option to create, delete, edit ads and mark them as sold should be available to me as site manager too, in an exclusive ad management dashboard which includes features only available to the site owner, the dashboard offered to site visitors should obviously be limited and only allow for them to manage personal information, payment/subscriptions and adverts only.
Please only bid the amount you propose for the completion of such a project and not a low bid to initiate a conversation whereby you increase the price as my failure to continue the conversation when this is done to me often offends people.
