CodeIgniter Website Testing and Bugs Fixing
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
My booking site is built in CodeIgniter - I need to get the website tested and bugs fixed.
Website flow - This is a booking site. The users select the service, select the time slot and make the payment. The order details are stored in the admin and user dashboard, an email is sent to the admin and the user for confirmation. The time slots are managed by the admin. We have used PayPal for accepting payments. The site has been live since last 1 year but now we have noticed that sometimes order entry doesn't get saved in the database, hence the order detail is not displayed to the admin. It doesn't happen with every order.
1. Test the complete site - check user registration, user login, user orders
2. Some users do not get a link for forgot password
3. When user makes the payment on the site, sometimes the entry doesn't get recorded in database as a result orders are not displayed in the admin.
4. Test the full cart system
5. add an option in the admin to reset the password for users
6. make sure all the user registration fields are displayed in the admin
7. make sure all the order details are present in the admin
8. The latest orders should display first in the admin
9. The latest users should display first in the admin
10. Test the booking site to ensure everything is working fine
11. Test the APIs linked with the mobile apps are working properly.
12. Identify other bugs and fix them.
P.S - the site is linked with flutter apps. The site bookings, users registration etc are in sync with the apps. We do not want the APIs to get disturbed during testing. We need to ensure both sites and Apps are working.
