I am in need of a highly skilled CodeIgniter 4 developer to setup my business project from scratch. The main objective is to lay down a solid foundation with best practices to allow easy and efficient builds in the future. Though I have not specified certain features or functionalities, it is expected of you to be proficient in various aspects of CodeIgniter 4 including but not limited to:

- Database usage and manipulation
- Security best practices
