in this website, just create an account, once the user logins in, we need a popup to get more details of the user, as user is only entering his name and email id while registering, in DB you can create extra table for user details.
We want to capture the details as per the screenshot attached and also need phone number and Corporate email id.
This will be come as a popup once the user registers, once he fill these details, these wont come again.
Note: This as to be developed as a module, and must be placed in the module folder, No core files should be touched.
