I have a follwing web App, and its runs on Codeigniter 3. I want to migrate that App to CodeIgniter 4 (the latest version). Please have a look at the App, and provide your proposal, including how you will do this; what will be the significant changes?
The budget for the migration is 15 USD only; Please do not ask for more than that.
If you can migrate the Web App successfully without any bugs, I will work with your future for other developments of this Web App.
