CodeIgniter MPP System Development

I am in urgent need of a talented developer who can create a basic Majlis Perwakilan Penduduk (MPP) system using CodeIgniter. The project has a strict deadline of 2 days.
Key Requirements:
- User Registration and Login: The system needs to support user sign up and sign in functionalities.
- Admin Role: The system should be designed with an Admin user role who has the ability to manage the system.
Please note that the only entity I need CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionalities is Users.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with CodeIgniter
- Strong understanding of user role management
- Proven track record of delivering projects within tight deadlines.
