I have an existing school project built on CodeIgniter that requires several upgrades and bug fixes. Additionally, I need to develop APIs for all modules to ensure seamless integration with desktop and mobile applications.

Scope of Work:

CodeIgniter Project:
Perform necessary upgrades and optimizations.
Fix any existing bugs within the project.
Develop APIs for all modules to facilitate desktop and mobile application integration.

Desktop Application Development:
Develop a cross-platform desktop application compatible with both Windows and Mac.

Mobile Application Development:
Develop a cross-platform mobile application compatible with both Android and iOS.

Requirements:
