CodeIgniter Based Script Problems -- 2

Hello,
I have a script written in CodeIgniter, and there are a few issues that need to be fixed. I kindly request bids from individuals knowledgeable in CodeIgniter, PHP, and MySQL, who are capable of coding and resolving the issues.
There are 6 simple issues in the script. These include the script's timezone being different from the desired timezone, encountering a '404 - File Not Found' error when editing something in the admin panel and pressing the 'Save' button, discrepancies between the specified rewards in the admin panel and the actual rewards earned, and the username field being mandatory on the customer side.
All corrections need to be made by connecting to my computer using 'UltraViewer.' Please take this important requirement into consideration. There is no possibility of sending the script or cPanel information.
