Code website from psd files

We are looking for a developer to code 3 pages of our website based on psd designs.

We will supply 3 psd files that include all of the design and graphic elements for the new page.

And we need a developer who will code a fully functional desktop and mobile website in PHP, and ensure that the final website runs smoothly.

Programmer must have
- Knowledge of PHP
- Knowledge of CodeIgniter3

Current front end uses Bootstrap and jQuery.

Front end changes should not cause major changes to existing back end changes.
