Code to generate US Post Office Shipping Label From USPS online account -- 2

I need a code in VB.net (must work on Windows-7 Home Premium Edition). The code should generate a US Post Office Shipping Label From USPS online account and save it as a pdf file. User interface should allow to enter sender name and address (and phone if required by USPS API), receiver name and address (and phone if required by USPS API), type of shipment (next day, priority, etc - as required by USPS API), package weight, and any other information as required by USPS API to produce the shipping label. The label should be charged to the credit card that is stored on the USPS online account.
