I'm seeking to have a no-code AI agent built to enhance customer service on our website chat. The main task for this AI agent is to handle RFQ via chat.
This AI will, I imagine, be chatbot style, acting as a human style interface for a removal business. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
The purpose is to capture client data and then the removal details (house size, each room content etc) as well as to/from details and approximate removal date.
The output will be an inventory total, and a distance, which can generate an approximate quote, and potentially a booking.
