QR Code in Base64 encoding for KSA E-Invoicing For Perfex CRM And Excellent Plugin Module

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in generating QR codes for the KSA E-Invoicing system. The primary purpose of this project is to comply with government regulations.
Integration with existing systems/plugins is required, so previous experience in working with Perfex CRM and Excellent Plugin Module is ideal.
I would like to request some modifications to ensure that the QR code complies with Saudi Arabia's Zatca requirements. Here are the necessary changes:
1) I need to include the 'Total_Tax' inside the QR code. This information is available in the MySQL field.
2) I also need to include the 'Datecreated' of the invoice inside the QR code. This information is available in the MySQL database and should include both date and time.
3) It's essential to encode the QR code into Base64 format.
