Coda-Based Company Wiki Creation

Project: Company Wiki Setup in Coda
We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us set up an internal company wiki using Coda. The goal is to centralize all of our key company information into a clean, easy-to-navigate hub that can grow with us.
Scope of Work:
Set up the structure and navigation of the wiki in Coda (sections, pages, templates, etc.)
Create a clean and intuitive layout that supports scalability
Organize and import existing content (e.g., policies, onboarding guides, client status updates, process docs, etc.)
Build flexible templates for recurring documentation (e.g., meeting notes, SOPs, client summaries)
Add a simple tagging or categorization system for easy search and retrieval
Ensure content is logically grouped and accessible across teams (e.g., ops, eng, sales)
Requirements:
Strong experience with Coda (or similar tools like Notion/Airtable)
Demonstrated ability to create organized, scalable systems
Familiarity with how startups operate and what types of documentation they typically need
Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
Experience structuring internal wikis for startups or SaaS companies
Light design/layout sense to ensure readability and clarity
