A construction members site, pay on/off with PayPal. I need members registration area giving all members access to many of my projects.In selected locations. With a admin project form. Projects will be listed on the site for their viewing with time limits. I want contractors, subcontractors, laborers to bid on projects I have to offer. I want to allow selected members to view and a select option on line and or with email and or text all my projects for bids to contractors, subcontractors, laborers members of my choosing with auto time limits in days. A included link attached to Allow them to accept and bid allow members to email and or text back to me and the site. Then I can select contractors, subcontractors, laborers with best bid. Award the bid when accepted, email and or text alert as they are hired with terms. And when they complete the project. I can pay them. I want to list the members review and rate performance of each member on completion of the project.
