Cloudways Server Maintenance / WP Cron Management

I keep experiencing my server going down, after talking to cloudways support they suggested I don't need to purchase more resources. I simply need to sort out the WP Cron. So I am looking to work with someone who will be able to sort this issue. I do use WP Cron for sending reminders for appointments.
