Cloud-based Image & Video merge and need API
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a freelancer who can create a cloud-based API for me, hosted on platforms like AWS or Azure. The API's primary function will be to merge two images one is png and second is jpg format and merge via php and one more thing a PNG image merge into a video.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in creating and hosting APIs on cloud-based servers.
- Proficiency in handling and manipulating JPEG and PNG image formats.
- Experience in video creation from images.
Please note, there's no need for any pre-merge image editing options such as Resize, Crop or Color correction. The focus is solely on the merging process and video conversion.
