A Cloud-based Data Leakage Prevention System -- 3

Need a function that locks the account when the user input wrong username or password more than 5 times in a row, the account will be locked. THen, need another function to notify an alert to the admin and send an email to the user when account gets lock, the mail will provide a link to reset the password for the account.
