Cloud Base Consignment / Inventory Tracking

Need a web/cloud based software/app that will track inventory of consignment products per each store. Each Store will have their details about Store and the products that has been consigned to store.
Items and prices should be able to added via admin.
Items should be able to assigned to Stores Via Admin or Rep.
Next Visit to Store rep will count the inventory and type per product. App should calculate the sold items x price and make an invoice.
Date / Time / Logs , Reports should be available. Site/App should be Website User Friendly / iPhone / Android browser friendly.
