Clone of Hotjar or Mouseflow setup, to track user behavior

We are looking for a finish ready-to use system, similar to Hotjar or Mouseflow.
We want to host the system ourself, and track all standard user behavior like of Hotjar or Mouseflow does.
It needs to have it own contropanel there you can login and setup a new site to track.
It also have to have API end points to deliver all the data there is collected.
Mouseflow have a option to record the session in a video, with a layer of the user clicks etc there is added on to on the video.
We need save the video, and upload it to a CND system.
We also need heatmap images, there can be poll out using a API.
Please send a list of function, how to host it, and if you have a system there support a Whitlelabel.
