Clone Airbnb

I am looking for someone to create a site that's similar to Airbnb with a few additional features. The basic requirement is a graphical copy of the Airbnb website, but with our brand, and with up-to-date accommodation data and the ability to make payments. We want offset co2 so we would like offer accommodation with CO2 offsets.
