Clinic Prepayment Card System

I'm looking to develop a card system for my clinic that allows users to precharge cards for services. The funds will expire after a specified period. The system should include both physical and digital cards, along with user and admin portals.

User Portal Functionality:
- View card balance

Admin Portal Functionality:
- Manage user accounts
- View transaction reports
- Set expiry periods
