Clinic Appointment & CRM Platform MVP

Project: MVP Development of Appointment Booking + CRM for Clinics (Web/Mobile App)
We’re looking for a full-stack web developer (or small team) to help us build the MVP in 4–6 weeks.
Goals:
Develop a fully functional MVP that:
Allows patients to book appointments online
Enables doctors to manage their schedule
Sends automated notifications/reminders
Stores basic patient info (CRM-style)
Has an admin dashboard for basic reporting
Key Features:
Doctor Dashboard:
View daily/weekly appointments
Mark visits as complete/no-show
Add manual bookings
Booking Page (Public):
Clean, mobile-friendly form for patients
Time slot availability based on doctor's calendar
Auto-confirmation page
Patient CRM:
View list of patients
Last visit date, visit history, basic notes
Notifications:
Automated SMS/WhatsApp reminders to patients (via MSG91 or Twilio)
Admin Panel:
User management (basic roles: Doctor/Admin)
Analytics: Appointment count per week/month
Tech Stack (Preferred):
Frontend: React / Next.js (mobile responsive)
Backend: Firebase (Firestore + Auth) or Supabase
Styling/UI: TailwindCSS (or any modern framework)
Notifications: Twilio / MSG91 / Firebase Messaging
Hosting: Vercel / Netlify
Optional: Appsmith or custom dashboard
UI/UX:
We’ll provide wireframes and user flow via Figma or Whimsical. You may be required to polish the UI for user-friendliness.
Deliverables:
Complete codebase (GitHub or GitLab)
Hosted MVP (live link)
Walkthrough video/demo
Short developer documentation (setup, APIs, DB structure)
Timeline:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Budget: Open to fixed — prefer cost-effective and committed devs (bootstrap phase)
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in building SaaS or booking systems
Strong with Firebase/Supabase, React, and APIs
Can work independently and suggest improvements
Good communicator (English or Hindi/Tamil)
Bonus: Experience working with Indian clients or healthcare sector
