Client side Billing Software with QR Code scanning and reports

I want to develop client side billing software .in this software scan multiple QR code in one go and create one invoice for multiple scan QR code and save this QR Code date in database as well as invoice data. i have a design format which i really want to develop same as . key point of project which have to create.
1-scan multiple QR Code in one go with camera open very less time max 5 sec
2- after scan all bills create total amount invoice with invoice number
3- this software has 4 firm access which firm click by user invoice created on that perticular same firm
4- then print invoice by user and this invoive and bills data save in database
5- All firms amount collection on same day show in screen which name cash counter screen
6- short amount text open to fill by user and save it
7- Show all Firm Total collection in a day
8- Create reports Section
9- firm wise with date wise export report.
10- custom date selection wise report.
11- Short amount date wise report.
