Client portal that connects to Autotask

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a client portal that will connect to Autotask. The portal should have the following features:
- Users should be able to view and create service calls (tickets) through the portal.
- The design of the portal is open to the freelancer's proposal, as I have no specific design preferences.
- The portal needs to support multiple users with varying levels of access. Different users should have different levels of access to the portal using Microsoft IDs or Google IDs.
