Client data organization and interface

We are a small company in North Carolina who manages weddings and events. We have a growing team of Wedding Planners, Coordinators and support staff and we need to better organize our client data intake, service contract and event details, invoicing, decor and supply details, event Final Details documents for staff and outside vendors, and inventory check-out/check-in. Currently, we use a combination of "self created" data inventory techniques using Numbers, Quickbooks, etc and this has become a huge exercise in time wasting and energy trying to efficiently manage these client-specific files.

Specifically, an application that runs on our MacBook that :
1. Accepts new client details/data
2. Automatically generates a Service Contract
3. Interfaces with our calendar to prompt our team about various Tasks/Reminders
4. Ability to generate an invoice on Quickbooks
5. Generates an Event Details "Sheet" that Planners can enter Needed Inventory (florals, decor,supplies), idea
photos, Pins, and text.
6. Generates outside vendor specific data sheets that can be emailed
7. Generates details sheets for our packing/unpacking staff
8. Ideally usable by any staff member ability

Is this even possible ?
