Overview
Main Software will be programmed in raw PHP, Javascript, and jQuery using a cloud database service. We except high quality efficient coding at all times. We will provide a layout to be used see it referenced at the bottom of this document.
This going to be a click tracking and attribution software along with some additional lead management tools. This will be used as a SAAS software, so that means their will need to be a "Super Admin Account" which add, deletes, suspends, views "Business Accounts", "Business Accounts" will be allowed to add "Sub Users" which will be able to view certain things. There will need to be a signup page, where Business Accounts can signup and select a package, packages will be limited by number clicks tracked, revenue tracked, sub-user accounts, urls tracked, websites tracked, and possibly other variables.
The lead management will be basic and discussed below. For texting we will use the Twilio API, and for the Email Inbox the user will just add their pop3 or smpt information, and it will pull in their emails, they can also send and receive emails within the software.

The attached outline is the initial requirements, I am sure their will be additional requirements needed as we progress through this project. As far as your bid, bid what you need to to do a great job. I also need someone who can devote 40-60 hours per week to this project and get it done ASAP. If you are not up for that do not bid please. I myself am I programmer and I understand how the code works, so if you are a newbie programmer please do not bid, we need experienced professional for this project. You should be familiar with various API mention here and it would be awesome if you had extensive knowledge of click tracking and attribution.
We are not looking for the cheapest option, we are looking for a valued team that can do the job right the first time, and can do it quickly and efficiently.
As of now the admin template we plan to use is: https://dashcode.codeshaper.net/ we expect all work to be responsive, html and css, javascript, and code to the highest caliber.
