Classified ads Platform - Matching buyers, sellers and intermediaries

I want to act as a mediator between buyers and sellers and intermediaries.

Basic Information:
1. Login / Signup
2. Dashboard which includes:
*Ads List (User can see a list of all active ads and if needed use filters to find the perfect match)
*Create Ad (User can create an ad with all relevant details and the possibility to upload files)
*My Ads (User can see a list of his/her own posted ads and edit or delete)
*Ads I´m involved with
3. Profile / Account Settings / Logout
*Profile overview similar Freelancer is doing with a badge when user confirmed his/her identity, phone number, Email. *(Please recommend a service for KYC check.)
POST AN AD
*Post ads for free (fill the form, upload files if necessary and post the ad)
*Ads must be confirmed by Admin before they are visible in the Ads List
There will be 3 types of users but they all will have the same dashboard.
1. Seller
2. Buyer
3. Intermediary
*All Users can post a sell offer or post a buyer request and define their own position if they are a Buyer, Seller or Intermediary.
*Users can see the ad in the ad list, but users cannot see the names of other people and cannot see other people´s profile, and there is no direct messaging between users on our platform, but users while reading the ad details they can see other people´s badges if they verified the KYC, Phone number and Email.
*Once a user likes an ad and would like to proceed, user will press button (proceed) and a workroom opens, and then only staff member can chat with both users. It means staff member will see in the workroom the user who posted the ad and see the person who wanted to proceed and staff member acts as a mediator between both. It means in the workroom will then be two chats open.
*Staff member should have the possibility to open a group chat
*Only Admin and our employees (sub accounts) are able to chat/talk with the clients in regards to each ad.
*Users cannot see the uploaded files, only staff member and Admin can see the files and share them if needed.
*Sign documents feature (please make a suggestion)
*No payment module needed to have, as we don´t have any payments on the platform. (If needed, we should be able to add in later stage to add membership plans.)
